Crossback Knee Hang

  • Begin completing a crossback, such as Basic Crossback, but instead of straddling legs to complete the crossback, keep legs together once you’ve crossed the silks behind the back
  • The “X” will be below the back, over the bottom, this is desired
  • Push the poles apart, moving the “X” off the bottom and to the backs of the legs, sit bottom back, basically sitting on the “X”
  • Slide hands down the poles until they cannot move anymore, slowly release hands and hang by your knees
  • To Exit: Sit up, grab poles above knees, pull up and straighten legs, hold strong on the pole that is connected to the silk that is closest to the body (closest line of the “X” on the back) release the other hand, as poles pop off back, re-grab poles normally, one on each side, remove footlocks
