- Climb high, separate silks, grip high, and hang
- Guide one foot out and around the tails to the front, bend knee, guide foot back through middle of tails, grab opposite silk with top of foot, and guide opposite tail back by making a circle with the foot, ending with both tails in front of foot, as if you are beginning a Little Russian climb
- Raise free leg to lift silks onto the leg, raising leg so that the tails fall into the thigh-hip crease, cross leg over the bent knee (like Big Russian climb)
- Split poles and bring upper body through the middle and fold over at the waist
- Grab poles high with thumbs pointing to the ceiling, flip forwards, and bring both legs through the middle, straightening the leg with all the wraps (this will allow better visuals of the wraps)
- Bring the free foot in through the middle of the wraps, place arch of foot on the diagonal pole you see in the middle of the wraps (see second video for more information on where to place the foot) and push forward, at the same time, drop one loop off the wrapped foot and point that foot towards the floor while remaining in the last loop, press both feet out and apart as you hold the tails as a break, pose
- OPTION: Move body to rotate onto belly in the body belay, allowing foot to rotate in upper belay, hold tails above head, arch, pose, return to double belay on the back
- To Exit: Bring both legs into the top belay, edge body belay to below or at the bottom, make sure poles are separated properly (they should not cross one another, tails should be visibly crossing through the poles), bring knees up through the middle back to front and hook on the pole on the side of the tails (similar to a Knee Climb), grab both poles, pull up, point legs towards the ground in front of the poles, shake silks off
