- Climb high and wrap a basic S-Wrap
- Take tails and wrap pole one more time (in addition to the S-Wrap) by wrapping un-hooked leg front-to-back, switch hooked legs, bring tails over newly freed leg back-to-front, over the belly, switch hooked legs again
- Un-hook leg and place high on poles, bring chest up, prep for wheeldown
- Release top foot, wheeldown, rehook leg to stop rotations
- To exit: Switch hooked knees, unwrap belly, bring tails around pole first front-to-back over newly “free” leg, behind pole, switch hooked knees, bring tails over newly “freed” leg back-to-front, over belly, reach under hooked knee, unhook knee, shake off silks
