We are mother (Diana, She/Her) and child (Venice, They/Her). We both enjoy learning aerials. Venice for 7+ years. Diana for 3 years. Together we are TakJeaAerials. Follow us on IG @takjeaaerials.

For the first two years, I (Diana) wrote in notebooks after every aerial class. I wrote, in my own words, how to do a skill. Life got busy and I lost the motivation to keep writing during the third year. However, I upped my videos made during class. I have always been a visual person, and often when revisiting an old trick, I benefit from watching the skill again. If in class, of course I have the opportunity to ask the instructor. But, sometimes when planning a routine while at home, trying to remember what I just learned that day, or other scenarios, I went to my notes or videos. Neither are easily searched. I have three notebooks, and I don’t know the location of 1-3 of them at any given time. I have tons of videos, but no time to search them all to find “the one” that I’m looking for at that moment. So, I have been wanting to have a visual dictionary that I could search by keywords having to do with wraps, style, or names. Names. Let’s talk about how every studio has a different name for the same skill! This anthology hopefully puts all my knowledge into one place where I can access it when I need to.
