Silknado

  • Silks together, S-Wrap, and wrap free leg
  • Unhook knee, and stand up
  • Figure-8 wrap ankles 2-3 times (start on the leg that just unhooked, this will feel better as you drop)
  • Body tight, let go and let the Silknado whirl down
