Double Brazilian

  • Split silks, straddle-invert, crochet both legs, cross silks behind back
  • Wrap each knee and recrochet legs
  • Eggbeater both legs 3 times
  • Cross back (many different ways to do this)
  • Straddle-invert again, cross one leg in front of poles, grab poles high, pull up and twist until upright and poles are behind you (make sure not to lose any eggbeaters)
  • Dive forward with arms up high, come through the poles, now make arms strong to the side (body in cross position) for final rotation
  • Grab poles high, small pull-up, and shake silks off
