Figure 8 Knee Drop

  • Straddle-Invert, hook same-side knee
  • Bring tails behind back, over the free leg (front to back)
  • Place both hands high on pole between legs, unhook knee and key over towards the newly unhooked knee, bringing the free leg behind the pole to meet with other leg in pike
  • Guide the tails in a figure-8 (2-3 times) around the thighs (above the knee to avoid synching knees in drop)
  • With arms above your head, roll out and drop
  • Sit up, grab pole, shake off silks
