- Begin with a Knot high off ground
- Pull legs over into knot, hook knees to one side, re-grab each pole on each side of legs, pull to seated position, slide down so knot goes over butt and ends at the lower back, straddle back
- Cross one knee over both silks, sit up, grab poles above knee, shoot hooked-knee down towards ground, keeping silk high on the outside of the thigh
- Roll up and into poles, piking body around the poles, bring chest down, look at floor (body will be in a piked position, opening up will case slippage)
- Bend both knees, push hips forward and heels to butt, drop, release both knees, sit up
